The traditional Children’s Festival has now become a big tradition that has been going on for 56 years and is dedicated to the development of all the artistic forms of children’s creative drive, it has become the trademark of Šibenik.

The festival has three basic programmes: a festival of domestic and international children’s ensembles, the workshop programme that involves children doing arts and crafts, and the educational part where a panel discussion addresses issues such as aesthetic education of children. During these two weeks, Šibenik is an inevitable destination to those who never forget their playful side, and even more so to those who have completely forgotten it.
